I am a proud native of Charlotte, NC, and a 2013 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from thee illustrious Winston-Salem State University and went on to complete my Master of Science in Talent and Organizational Development at Queens University of Charlotte, graduating magna cum laude. Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing a Certificate in Executive Coaching at Queens University of Charlotte.

With five years of experience in recruiting, I have encountered many talented individuals who, despite their potential, did not fully meet the qualifications for the roles they aspired to. This led me to ask myself: How can I help people become their best selves to land these opportunities? Initially, I believed an MBA was the right path to answer this question. However, during my entrance interview, a professor recognized my passion for talent development and encouraged me to explore a different route. Taking his advice, I researched the program and quickly realized he was right. That decision sparked an even deeper excitement for learning and a commitment to equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive.

Since then, I have applied my knowledge daily—both professionally and personally. My mission is simple: to help others help themselves by unlocking their full potential, whether in their careers or personal growth.
