July Reflection Corner🌱
What Do You Want to Make More Room for in Your Life?
Welcome back to Reflection Corner.
As we move through life, it’s easy to believe we need to do more, achieve more, or become more. We fill our schedules with commitments, responsibilities, and obligations, often leaving very little room for the things that truly nourish us.
This month, I want to invite you to shift your focus.
Instead of asking what you need to accomplish, ask yourself:
What do you want to make more room for in your life?
Maybe your answer is peace.
Maybe it’s quality time with the people you love.
Maybe it’s discipline, confidence, creativity, rest, faith, or simply believing in yourself again.
Whatever comes to mind, allow yourself to sit with it for a moment.
Reflection isn’t about finding the “right” answer. It’s about creating space to become more aware of what your heart, mind, and spirit may be asking for.
Sometimes growth isn’t found in adding more to your life. Sometimes it’s found in making room for what matters most.
Take a few quiet moments this month to write your answer in your journal. Think about why it matters and consider one small step you can take to intentionally create space for it.
If you’re comfortable, I’d love for you to share your answer in the comments. Your reflection may inspire someone else’s journey.
Thank you for continuing this journey with me. Every month, we’re building a community that chooses to pause, reflect, and grow together.
Journal Prompt
What do you want to make more room for in your life?
Write freely without overthinking your response. Be honest with yourself, and remember that your answer doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
This Month’s Reflection Challenge
Choose one intentional action that creates more room for your answer.
If your answer is peace, maybe it’s setting healthier boundaries.
If it’s family, maybe it’s scheduling uninterrupted time together.
If it’s discipline, maybe it’s committing to one small habit each day.
Small, intentional choices often lead to meaningful transformation.
Community Reflection
Reflection becomes even more meaningful when we encourage one another.
If you feel comfortable, share your answer in the comments and take a moment to read someone else’s. You never know how your words might encourage another person to keep going.
🌱 Pause. Reflect. Grow.
Until next month’s Reflection Corner, continue making room for the life you’re intentionally creating.
